Observatory on Drugs (known by its Spanish language acronym, OID) of the Inter-American Drug Abuse Control
Commission (known by its Spanish language acronym, CICAD), which is located within the Secretariat on
Multidimensional Security (SMS) of the Organization of American States (OAS).
